Taking ownership of both structural and graphic design, I re-engineered the architecture to better showcase the products’ clever functionality while improving usability and shelf presence.

The result is a bold, contemporary packaging language that heroed the brand’s innovative gadgets and iconic forms, creating a cohesive, high-impact retail range that feels as smart as the products themselves.

Designed a premium packaging suite for smaller hampers, featuring two versatile formats: a wine and chocolate drawer box, and a foldable gift box engineered for efficient transit and storage. Crafted from rigid board with buckram embossing for enhanced tactility, each piece is elevated with the iconic Selfridges logo in spot UV gloss, combining practicality with a refined luxury finish.

Collaborated closely with the Marks & Spencer Beauty team during the early concept and development stages of the &Sleep range, helping define the overall packaging design direction. Contributed to visual identity exploration, material and finish considerations, and structural approach to ensure the range communicated calm, sensorial luxury.

The final direction balanced softness and sophistication, aligning with the product’s sleep-focused positioning while maintaining strong shelf presence within the wider M&S Beauty portfolio.

Worked on Selfridges’ first-ever musical tin,
an interactive piece that plays a festive jingle while housing gingerbread shoppers
in a NatureFlex™ compostable bag.

Using Cheng Peng’s original illustration,
I translated the artwork into a technically layered design, incorporating embossing
and gold plate detailing to create depth, richness, and a premium finish.

An own-label redesign that blends Selfridges’ contemporary aesthetic with the rich heritage of Turkish delight. Referencing Ottoman and North African tilework, vibrant colour, intricate pattern and light-catching metallic foils create a refined, tactile finish, balancing modernity with tradition while delivering a cohesive and elevated shelf presence.

Working within budget constraints, the gold detailing was achieved using a refined CMYK print instead of foil, delivering a premium look through smart, cost-effective design.
